I'm a 23 year old male
virgin. I've been having sexual fantasies about men. I'm very
comfortable with them. I want to have sex with a guy, but I'm not
sure if I actually could if the opportunity presented itself
because I fear I could get sexually transmitted diseases. Does my
fantasies mean I might be/become bisexual/gay?
You ask a very
important and impossible question for anyone to answer. Only you
can answer the question about your sexual orientation. If, at the
same time all of your sexual fantasies are about men, this is an
important message to pay attention to. Disease is a very important
issue and whether you are gay or straight this is an issue that
deserves a lot of attention. AIDS is not spreading faster between
men and women than between men. Bottom line, be careful no matter
who you choose to be sexual with. There are ways to lessen that
likelihood on transmission and you need to pay attention to them
and practice them consistently. - Answer provided by Michael Gonzales, Ph.D.,

I encourage you
to explore your own sexuality. Discovering your true interests and
desires will help you realize your own sexual orientation. If you
are interested in having sex with guy, make sure you take what
ever precautions you need and use protection.
