Due to the nature of the content on eGratification.com and the products we sell, we make it a point to ensure your privacy is protected. We do not share, rent, sell or trade any personal information with any outside organization. When we need to contact you with regard to an order, we will do so via email. The subject of our email will be "eGratification Order".

All orders are shipped with a receipt/packing slip, placed in an envelope, inside the package. We retain records of orders, including customer addresses and payment information to permit resolution of disputes and questions, and to provide accounting records. These records are kept confidential, and are not shared with any other outside party except as required by law to resolve billing disputes, or when authorized by the customer whose records they are.

In order to ship products to you, we provide limited customer information, i.e. shipping address, to outside vendors such as UPS and Canada Post. We use generic descriptions on packing slips, such as "book", "DVD", or "CD". Note that customs officials of any country are authorized to, and sometimes do, open any package and inspect the contents. We cannot accept responsibility for any orders confiscated or seized by foreign customs or governments, and all import duties, tariffs and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
